When we collect our garbage and recyclables and take the bins out to the curb we might not think about those who collect them.
But for this week’s Friday Feel Good we visited a route that turned two workers into hero’s.
Two garbage men are being called heroes after saving the lives of 15 people when multiple homes caught fire in Central New York. When they saw the flames, they began kicking in people’s doors to warn them of the danger. Krone Brown and Kenneith Carter talking about what they did to save over a dozen people’s lives.
What turned out as a mission to collect thrown out garbage turned into a trip that saved lives.
