WI Shelter Gets Grant From Rachael Ray

A Madison animal shelter is getting a grant from TV personality Raechel Ray. 

Shelter from the Storm Animal Rescue was recently awarded the 25-thousand dollar No-Kill Excellence Grant.  The animal rescue says the money will be used to ensure it can maintain its 90 percent animal save rate.
