Prosecutors in Brown County don’t think they need to move the accused Green Bay chopper’s trial.
Taylor Schabusiness’ lawyers want her trial moved out of Green Bay, claiming there is no way she can find an impartial jury. The D.A. in Green Bay yesterday said Schabusiness has not presented any evidence that shows that, and they are pushing to keep the trial in Green Bay. Schabusiness is charged with killing then chopping-up her boyfriend after a day of meth-fueled sex in February of last year. She was supposed to go on trial this spring, but the case has been delayed because of mental health questions and Schabusiness’ attack on her first lawyer in court earlier this year.
