The Waukesha Christmas Parade killer is due back in court this summer for three new trials.
A judge in Milwaukee yesterday scheduled Brooks’ new cases for June and July. One of the cases is a weapons case, the other is a domestic violence case, and the third is the case that stems from accusations that he threatened his ex-girlfriend in that domestic violence case. The sentences that Brooks faces don’t really matter. He is serving six life sentences for killing six people and injuring 60 others when he plowed through the Waukesha Christmas Parade back in 2021.
