A Madison middle schooler is looking to spell his way to a championship. Aiden Wijeyakulasuriya won the Badger State Spelling Bee over the weekend. He lasted 22 rounds and nailed the spelling of words like ‘narcohypnia’ and ‘winceyette.’ Aiden is a seventh grader at Blessed Sacrament in Madison.
