New Meat Skills Offered

If you have ever wanted to become a wurstmacher, or at least learn from one, here is your chance. 

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture yesterday announced a free meat processing school.  The classes run from March 21st through the 23rd at UW-Madison.  The class costs about 500 dollars, but the Department of Ag is offering tuition reimbursement.  The class is for people who’ve cured meats before, but officials say anyone can come and pick-up some new meat skills.
