Green Bay’s accused murderer will need a new lawyer.
Taylor Schabusiness’ lawyer, unsurprisingly, asked to be removed from the case on Friday. Schabusiness attacked her lawyer in court last week, landing at least one elbow to his head during a hearing on whether she is competent enough to stand trial. Schabusiness is accused of strangling her boyfriend during a day of meth-fueled sex, then cutting his body into pieces. She was supposed to go on trial in May, but that’s likely not going to happen now.
