A man from Janesville is facing his eighth OWI charge, accused of running from police several times overnight.
Police say they tried to pull over a car that was speeding through a neighborhood just after midnight but the driver took off. Police say they tried to pull the car over two other times before the driver finally stopped near Mineral Point Avenue and North Walnut Street. Dustin O’Connor was arrested and charged with OWI, fleeing, and parole violation.
