Somebody gave Altoona’s public library 10 thousand-dollars.
The library announced the anonymous donation yesterday. Library director Arin Wilken says the money will most likely be spent on new self-checkout machines. She says adding a self-checkout option will free-up overwhelmed clerks at the library.
