Wis-DOT says the Flex Lane is working.
The Department of Transportation yesterday said the Flex Lane has taken about 10 minutes off the drive along Madison’s Beltline. In some cases, that’s cut the commute in half. The Flex Lane opened six months ago. Wis-DOT says there were some adjustments for drivers to make, but most drivers have not gotten the hang of it.
