The Grinch, as we know, had a heart that grew three sizes. For this week’s Friday Feel Good we let the jolly green guy take us to Florida for a real life example of kindness in action…and in uniform!
A sheriff’s office in Florida is getting into the holiday spirit by offering speeders an onion or a ticket . . . while dressed as The Grinch. Col. Lou Caputo was all dressed up and giving a speeder their choice.
All of the folks given this option were going less than 5 mph over the speed limit-and as you might imagine took the onion without hesitation.
And they certainly didn’t “peel” away after being pulled over!
