There are questions to answer about a woman’s death outside a Kenosha assisted living facility.
Police found the 89-year-old woman outside the Parkside Manor last Monday morning. Investigators say her death is ‘related to the cold.’ Temperatures in Kenosha last Monday bottomed-out at eight degrees. Kenosha Police say they’ve sent the case to prosecutors for possible charges.
