If you are ready to get your winter on, Eau Claire is ready for you.
All ski trails are open and most will be groomed. Park crews are continuing to flood ice rinks, but there is still some grass poking through. Warming shelters will open today from 12-7pm. Supervised warming shelters are Boyd, Pinehurst, Putnam Heights, and Roosevelt. If ice is not ready or you are not a skater, stop by for indoor games and crafts.
Pinehurst has winter gear available for complimentary use during supervised warming shelter hours. Items available for use include; snowshoes, sleds, hockey/sledding helmets, kubb, pucks, hockey sticks, broomball, and skate trainers.
