Since We’ve No Place To Go…

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow? That seems to the appropriate seasonal tune for our immediate future. Just about all of Wisconsin will spend the next few days under a Winter Storm Warning.  

Only leave the house if you have to is the message from the DOT. The state’s Department of Transportation is telling people to stay home during the worst of today’s winter storm. Wis-DOT managers yesterday said not only do plow crews need time and space to clear the roads, they said heading out in this winter storm only increases the chance that you’ll get stuck in a ditch or get into an accident. That puts first responders at risk. Wis-DOT says it’s the blowing snow and blizzard-like conditions that worry them the most and you can CLICK HERE FOR ROAD CONDITION UPDATES.
