The case against the ten-year-old Milwaukee boy accused of shooting his mother in the head is staying in adult court, for now.
The judge in the case yesterday did step aside, and will let Milwaukee’s top juvenile judge handle the case from here. Activists say the boy should be tried as a juvenile because there are more resources for him there. Police say the ten-year-old shot his mother in the head last month because he was mad that she wouldn’t buy him a virtual reality headset.
