Somebody who bought a five dollar Holly Jolly Raffle in De Pere is 100-thousand-dollars richer.
The Wisconsin Lottery says the winning ticket was sold at the Kwik Trip on Main in De Pere. It was drawn as the winner Monday. The Holly Jolly Raffle launched back in October, and sold out of all 125 thousand tickets by mid-November. In addition to the 100 thousand-dollar winner, the Lottery says 65 tickets for one thousand-dollars and 15 hundred tickets for 100 dollars were also drawn.
