The judge from the Waukesha Christmas Parade trial is running for the state supreme court.
Judge Jenifer Dorow is expected to make an official announcement later today. She joins a growing field in what will certainly be a contentious race for the court. Conservatives have a 4-3 majority on the court right now, but liberals are hoping to flip that during the spring election. Dorow will face conservative former Justice Dan Kelly in the Republican primary. Kelly said he hopes voters will consider the candidates carefully when it comes time to vote.
