The Christmas shopping season has begun and many stores are having difficulty filling seasonal positions.
Gary Huddleston with the Texas Retailers Association says many of the big-box stores are now offering bonuses to hourly workers. Data shows retail stores have hired about 25-percent fewer temporary workers than last year at this time.
