Lorenzo Christopher, 46 years of age, from Chippewa Falls has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
On October 28, 2022, at approximately 12:05 pm, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 94 at milepost 19 westbound for speed and an equipment violation. A subsequent investigation was conducted on the driver of the vehicle. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 5th offense. The driver was transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary test of his blood and then to the St. Croix Jail.
Mr. Christopher is being charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant 5th offense, operating after revocation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of open intoxicants in the vehicle.
