After hours of jury instructions and closing arguments, the jury in the Waukesha Christmas Parade trial had the case for about 90 minutes last night.
Jurors asked to see a few exhibits before calling it a night. Darrell Brooks Jr. is facing life in prison if convicted for the attack that killed six people and injured over 60 others. Brooks played-up his emotions during his closing argument yesterday, while the prosecution focused on the evidence.
The jury will start today’s deliberations at 8:30 this morning.
