The U.S. Supreme Court will not hear a challenge from Wisconsin to President Biden’s student loan cancellation plan.
The high court yesterday rejected the appeal from the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, again saying the group doesn’t have the standing to sue. WILL challenged the president’s plans by saying President Biden overstepped his authority by ordering between 10 and 20 thousand-dollars worth of student loan debt canceled.
