A child is the latest of Milwaukee shooting victims.
Police say a 12-year-old was wounded in a shooting yesterday at 44th and Center. It happened about 7 p.m., officers say the boy is expected to survive. The shooting comes about a week after a 12-year-old girl was gunned down on the city’s northside. Her mother says she was killed because the mom stared at a group of young men. Milwaukee Police say a third 12-year-old was wounded in an accidental shooting at the end of September.
