There are now federal charges against the Tennessee man accused of driving to Chippewa County to kidnap a 15-year-old girl.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office filed child pornography charges this week against 22-year-old Trevor Blackburn. He’s already facing state charges of kidnapping and sexual assault. The sheriff in Chippewa County says Blackburn kidnapped the girl from her home in Holcombe at the beginning of the month because she stopped talking to him online.
