Wisconsin football will take the field for the first time since the firing of Paul Chryst today.

The 2-and-3 Badgers will face Northwestern on the road in a game set for a 2:30 p.m. Central time kickoff.  Defensive Coordinator Jim Leonhard was named interim head coach following Chryst’s being let go.  Earlier this week, Leonhard said he’s up to the task and added he’s “excited for that journey that we’re about to go on.”  Northwestern enters the game with a record of 1-and-4.

The Packers are across the pond and taking it to London ahead of Sunday’s game against the New York Giants at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers was spotted in the crowd at the U.S. Women’s soccer team took on England at Wembley Stadium yesterday.  Some of the front office and former players had a bit of fun recreating an iconic album cover.  With a double decker bus decorated in Packers green and yellow behind them, CEO Mark Murphy, Pro Football Hall of Famer LeRoy Butler and Packers Hall of Famers James Jones, Nick Collins and Marv Fleming did their best Fab Four impression in the famous Abbey Road crosswalk.

The game between the Packers and Giants will kickoff at 8:30 a.m. Central time.
