Police at UW-Madison are looking for a scooter-slapper.
Officers took to Twitter yesterday to share pictures of a man who they say is riding around campus on an electric scooter and either slapping or touching people. There are no reports of any serious injuries. UW-Madison Police are asking anyone who recognizes the slapper to call them.
