WI Climate Report Released


The first report on Wisconsin’s official climate change efforts is thin.

The state’s Department of Natural Resources released its highlight report on climate change in environmental equity. There are three highlights. DNR says it launched a greenhouse gas emission inventory, studied landfills across the state, and partnered with a number of groups to plant nine million tree seedlings. The report says climate change and environmental equity are top priorities of the DNR.
