WI DHS Urges Booster Shots

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services is urging residents to get boosted for COVID-19 as we progress into fall.

People 12 years old and up are now eligible to receive updated boosters that now protect against the omicron variants. The updated boosters have already begun arriving in Wisconsin and will continue to be delivered to medical providers over the coming weeks.

Appointments are strongly encouraged. WisDHS also says those 50 and older and those who are immunocompromised should also get the updated booster for added protection.
