Red Panda Passes Following Cancer Diagnosis

A red panda at the Henry Villas Zoo is dead following a cancer diagnosis. 

Zoo officials say Tai was 14-years old and had been at the Henry Villas Zoo since 2012.  In a Facebook post yesterday, the Zoo announced her bone cancer diagnosis.   Tai was humanely euthanized after undergoing chemo but failing to improve.
