There was no hearing for the 14-year-old accused of killing a Chippewa Falls girl.
The teen yesterday waived his right to a hearing in Lily Peter’s rape and murder. He’s facing adult charges, but his lawyers are pushing to move the case to juvenile court. The teen has not been identified in court, but a number of reports say he is Peters’ cousin.
