There’s a warning about a sex offender who is being released in Eau Claire.
The Eau Claire Police Department says David Lyons will be released from prison next Tuesday. He will be on GPS monitoring while living at a home on Randall Street. Lyons was convicted of first degree sexual assault of a child in Manitowoc County back in 1996, he had a previous sexual assault conviction back in 1992.
