Ruling Allows For Ballot Help

Wisconsin voters with disabilities will be allowed to have help sending in their ballots. 

Today a federal judge ruled the Wisconsin Elections Commission must establish the Voting Rights Act, which will require the state to give help to voters with disabilities.  Anyone can help a person with disabilities vote, as long as they’re not their employer or a part of the voters’ union.
