Wisconsin’s governor says it will be fine if he’s invited to be on the stage with President Biden when he comes to Milwaukee on Labor Day.
The governor yesterday wasn’t too excited about the president’s recently announced campaign plans but plans to attend the event. Evers said it will be up to the voters to decide if the president’s presence, and low approval ratings, helps or hurts his campaign. Meanwhile, Democratic US Senate candidate Mandela Barnes yesterday wouldn’t say if he’ll join the president and the governor at the event.
