Judge Denies Motion To Dismiss Case Against Darrell Brooks Junior

The suspect in the Waukesha Christmas parade attack won’t have his case dismissed.

Public defenders for Darrell Brooks Junior motioned to have the case dismissed on the grounds of insanity, but today the judge in the case denied the motion.  The judge also ruled prosecutors can use statements made by Brooks in two separate interrogations from after he was arrested.  Yesterday the judge dismissed six counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle from Brooks’ charges.
