The sheriff in Richland County is looking for whoever tore-up a field at the county fairgrounds.
The sheriff’s office posted pictures on Facebook yesterday of the deep ruts someone left behind after driving through the field. The sheriff says whoever did the damage was looking to get on to the fairground’s track. The sheriff’s office is asking for tips as part of the investigation.
