Winning the trophy for America’s best mullet is just the beginning for a western Wisconsin boy.
Eight-year-old Emmitt Bailey has big plans now that he’s won first place in the USA Mullet Championships. He beat-out 24 other kids, including another boy from Wisconsin, to win the best mullet competition. Bailey has been invited to throw out a pitch at an upcoming Brewers game, and has been invited to a Minnesota Wild game as well.
Bailey is waiting to use his 25 hundred-dollar mullet grand prize to buy a new go-cart. The one thing he’s not going to do is cut his hair. He said why would he want to do that.
