Hundreds of guns are surrendered to the Dane County Sheriff’s Office during its recent gun buyback event.
The sheriff’s office says people brought in 577 guns over the weekend, which were exchanged for over 43-thousand dollars in gas and grocery gift cards. The sheriff’s office says none of the guns were reported stolen.
