A man is rescued after the fire department says he got stuck in the drum of a cement truck north of Madison.
The fire department says the man was doing maintenance on the drum in Vienna late last night when he when he got stuck. The fire department says he couldn’t fit through the access hatch so firefighters had to use a plasma cutter to get him out. He was then taken to the hospital.
