Wisconsin’s election managers are warning clerks to look out for people trying to request other people’s ballots.
The Wisconsin Elections Commission held an emergency meeting yesterday after a Racine County man admitted to applying for ballots that weren’t his own. Elections Commission member Ann Jacobs said that’s voter fraud. The Commission yesterday said election clerks in other cities and counties need to look out for similar stunts. The full Elections Commission will meet next week to talk about asking for charges in the case.
