Outagamie County Executive Tom Nelson is no longer running for U.S. Senate in Wisconsin.
This morning Nelson announced on Twitter he’s suspending his campaign and endorsing Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes for senate. Nelson says his campaign ran out of money.
