Prosecutors in Burnett County say a deputy was justified in shooting a suspect earlier this month.
The D.A. cleared the deputy yesterday. Investigators say the deputy shot a man who was making threats over the Fourth of July weekend at the Fishbowl Bar. The man was outside when the deputy said he pulled a gun, that’s when the deputy drew his gun and fired. The man survived the shooting.
