Eau Claire County’s former district attorney has a year to get ready for trial in his sexual harassment case.
A federal judge laid-out the schedule in the case yesterday.
The Victim Witness Coordinator in the Eau Claire County D.A.’s office is suing former D.A. Gary King, claiming that he harassed her for years. King denies all of the claims. King resigned as top prosecutor last summer just after an investigation into his office found several claims of harassment and misconduct.
