The House wants to create a system for reporting UFOs.
By a voice vote Wednesday, the House approved an amendment to the annual defense spending bill to set up a secure system for reporting what the government calls unidentified aerial phenomena. Arizona Democrat Ruben Gallego and Wisconsin Republican Mike Gallagher sponsored the amendment.
