It is a good time to be looking for work in Wisconsin.
The state’s largest business group, Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce, yesterday said its latest employer survey shows that companies are offering higher wages and more flexibility to try and land new workers. WMC’s Kurt Bauer says over half of companies in the state plan to raise wages by at least four percent this year. In addition, the survey shows companies are looking at things like remote and hybrid work schedules to draw in applicants.
