A Polk County Crash remains under investiation.
It was on Sunday, July 3rd at approximately 9:29 PM, when the Wisconsin State Patrol and the Polk County Sheriffs Office responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in Polk County on CR M near 192nd Street.
The initial investigation indicates the pickup truck was southbound when it deviated from its lane of travel into the northbound lane striking the front of the car traveling northbound.
The driver of the pickup truck was airlifted to Regions Hospital. The driver of the car was transported to Osceola Medical Center by ambulance. The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol.
