Firefighters are blaming a mis-fired firework for a pontoon boat fire on Lake Wissota.
It happened Saturday night in the Town of Lafayette. The boat’s owner says he was shooting fireworks off the boat, when one of them went-off in the launcher. That started a fire that spread to the other boxes of fireworks he had on board. No one was injured.
