Rescuers had to use ropes and some quick thinking to save a Chippewa Falls driver Saturday night.
The man’s car was teetering about 25 feet above Duncan Creek in Chippewa Falls. Firefighters were able to brace the car, and rescue the man. There’s no word how he ended-up over the cliff.
