Planned Parenthood Preps for Legal Strategy

The first legal challenge to Wisconsin’s abortion law could be filed this week.

Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s Michelle Velasquez said on Sunday that they are finalizing their legal strategy in the state. Abortion became illegal in Wisconsin when the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade last week. Wisconsin’s governor yesterday said he is looking for ways to fight the abortion law that is on the state’s books.
