Across the country, many animal shelters are past their max capacity as they wait to place animals in forever homes. For example, Miami-Dade County Animal Services’ Doral shelter is nearly full with more than 500 pets ready and waiting to be adopted. In the last month alone, it has taken in more than 12-hundred Animals.
