It’s a fine for an Eau Claire mother who exposed her three-year-old to meth.
A judge this week fined 39-year-old Michelle Bowman 300 dollars and ordered her not to commit any new crimes for the next year-and-a-half. If she does that, her guilty plea in the case will be erased. Prosecutors say Bowman and a friend smoked meth in front of her child several times. She tested positive for meth, and the child tested positive for being in the presence of the drug.
