Madison police arrest a man they say was seen carrying a large sword around the city.
Police say they found Howard Smith with a sword near the Amazon Distribution Center on Milwaukee Street last night. Police say Smith said he was looking for someone in the area. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct while armed and bail jumping.
